CASHNet eBill allows your institution to automate manual billing and processing functions performed on campus and extend payment services.

With CASHNet eBill, institutions are able to present for payment or review the bills and balances of authenticated customers.

CASHNet's eBill is a secure and reliable way of integrating, consolidating, authorizing and processing student statements and bills online. CASHNet's Electronic Bill Presentment and Electronic Bill Payment solutions notifies the student by email that a bill is available online, allows a student or authorized payer to view dynamic billing and static statements online, and enables them to make a payment on a bill via the internet or telephone. With CASHNet's Installment Payment Plan Sign-Up solution, students can enroll in an installment payment plan and then optionally have the bills charged to an identified credit card/ACH account.

Students can view their complete student account, print receipts and set up parent PIN access.

Students may then choose the payment service offered by the institution:

• Pay in Full - via credit card or electronic ACH
• Pay in Installments - pay through institution's installment payment plan
• Pay Automatically - pay automatically with a credit card or ACH
• Pay Later - print the bill and mail with a check (OCR scan lines to expedite processing) or revisit the site

CASHNet Bill Manager allows the institution complete access to aggregate bill adoption rates as well as details on a specific bill (if and when it was viewed by whom and how often).
