by Mark Tancil, VP - Product Design
Length of document: 11 pages
Summary:
CASHNet's best-of-breed payment processing capabilities can easily interface with the Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise Financials and Campus Solutions Student Financials
modules. The first full deployment of these interfaces was placed into production during the summer of 2002. Since that time the interface has been successfully deployed at multiple institutions. CASHNet has two broad categories of interfaces : Imports and Extracts; and two methods for transferring data : Batch and Real-Time. Both Batch and Real-Time Interfaces can be used with either Imports or Extracts.
CASHNet personnel work with each customer to determine the appropriate combination of Imports and Extracts, and the right mix of Batch and Real-Time interfaces.

Data Security
Length of document: 14 pages
Summary:
Keeping the information of your school, your student, their families and your alumni secured has been an important issue that existed since the widespread use of electronic commerce. Unfortunately, we are still reminded every day in the face of newer, smarter attackers and news headlines of how horrendous amounts of information had been compromised because of simple human error or sophisticated hackers. CASHNet's IT professionals provided an overview of the data security measures present in the CASHNet environment, including information about electronic data security, physical security, policies and procedures and disaster preparedness.
