CASHNet's corporate culture centers on the Customer Support Department, whose mission and responsibilities are to empower our customers through education and responsive service. The Customer Support team includes highly-trained personnel with the technical, product, platform and business process expertise to solve the problems colleges and universities face in today's competitive and resource-limited environment.

CASHNet's core values and Corporate Mission Statement reflects our commitment to customer service. Exceptional service standards drive each and every department - customer support, engineering, documentation, training/certification, sales & marketing, and finance & accounting.

CASHNet's Customer Support exceeds all industry metrics for responsiveness and support. Each customer service call is answered in person by our customer service team during regular business hours. Over 90% of all incidents are resolved in the first contact. All incidents are logged into our incident database to track and measure response time.

Our sales staff and Account Managers hold regular status meetings with each customer to review any outstanding issues. We also send out a monthly newsletter, "CASHNet eNews" which discusses user tips, success stories, new products and features, and general company information. CASHNet maintains a listserv in order to communicate new enhancements and upgrades to our customers.
